Sometimes flips don't go according to plan. This flip went over-budget, and took twice as long as anticipated :(
When all was said and done, I actually lost money on this deal. My private lender doesn't even know that though...because I never missed a payment, and he made money just as promised. Why do I tell you all of this?
Because I want you to know that on the worst flip I've had to date (even though the transformation is my favorite of any project), where I lost more money than any other project, my private lender was taken care of. If you lend on one of my deals, I'll make sure you're taken care of!
