Day 1 - Travel, check-in to the Airbnb's, network, get situated, dinner and some libations!
Day 2 - Activities in the morning, presentations in the afternoon, and dinner/networking in the evening
Day 3 - Presentations in the morning, and Tubing in the afternoon! Dinner/networking in the evening
Day 4 - Parting thoughts and checking out of the Airbnb's, travel

Is Lodging Included?
Yes - Lodging is included in the ticket prices.
You can purchase a shared room, or your own room, in the ticket you choose!
Is Food Included?
We will be providing lunch & dinner for both of the main days of the event, and will have DIY breakfast foods available in the morning!
Examples of DIY breakfast foods:
-Oatmeal
-Eggs/Bacon
-Pop Tarts
-Eggos
etc.
Lunch plans:
-Catering local food
-Hot Dogs and Burgers
Dinner plans:
-Catering local food
-Pizza night!
Are activities included?
Yes!
Is There A Shuttle From The Airport to the Airbnb Or Vice Versa?
It depends - We will have one or two 12-pax vans, and will do our best to coordinate picking everybody up from the Airport depending on arrival time(s). That being said, I would plan on splitting an Uber w/other members because there are a lot of you coming in around the same time!
*Getting people TO the airport should be easier to coordinate!
Can I Bring My Spouse?
Yes, if you purchase a private room ticket.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations / Refunds will work as following:
-100% refundable (besides deposit) before July 1st
-50% refundable between July 1st and September 1st
-No refund within two weeks of the event.
*Exceptions will be made if leave request is denied ...upon receipt of proof of denial, that shows date leave request was submitted.
